Refund Policy for Codebrit
At Codebrit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with any design service provided by Codebrit, you may submit a refund request within five days of receiving the initial design. If no refund request is received within this timeframe, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the initial designs. For special or combo packages, refunds are applicable in the same manner as single packages. To process your return, we will require proof of purchase for our services.
Refund Request Process:
All refund requests are handled as follows:
- Before Order Delivery: If a refund request is made before the design delivery, you are eligible for a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
- Within 48 Hours of Initial Delivery: If a refund request is made within 48 hours of receiving the initial design, you are eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
- Between 48 and 120 Hours of Initial Delivery: If a refund request is made between 48 and 120 hours after receiving the initial design, you are eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
- After 120 Hours: No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of receiving the initial design. However, we encourage you to reach out if you have concerns, as we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction.
All refund requests must be communicated to our support team. Codebrit reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests based on the terms of your user agreement and individual circumstances.
Refund Process:
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing delay.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges/Changes:
We only replace designs if they are proven to be plagiarized from the internet. If this occurs, please contact us at hello@codebrit.co.uk to arrange an exchange for the same item.
