Revision Policy

At Codebrit, we offer unlimited revisions based on your selected package, ensuring customer satisfaction at no extra cost. Clients can request revisions according to their package, with no additional fees as long as the core design and concept remain unchanged. Our revision turnaround time is 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Codebrit guarantees 100% customer satisfaction through our unlimited free revision policy, allowing you to refine your initial design brief at no charge via your account dashboard.

In the event of a duplicate charge due to a processing error, failure to meet your specific design requirements, or inability to complete your design order as per the agreed delivery policy, a full refund of the design order will be provided.

If you’re unsatisfied with any of the design services provided by Codebrit, you can submit a refund request within five days of receiving your initial designs. After five days, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the designs. For combo or special packages, the same refund terms apply as for individual packages.

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Full Refund: If a refund request is made before order delivery, you will receive a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
  • 66% Refund: If the request is made within 48 hours of receiving your initial design, you are eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
  • 33% Refund: For requests made between 48 to 120 hours of receiving the design, you will receive a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
  • No Refund: After 120 hours, no refund requests will be accepted. However, customer satisfaction remains our top priority, and we encourage you to reach out with any concerns.

Refund requests must be communicated to our support team. Codebrit reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

How to Claim a Refund

To claim a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via phone, chat, or email, specifying your concern.
  2. Our team will attempt to resolve the issue through our revision policy. If unresolved, we will process your refund and notify you via email.

Upon refund approval, Codebrit retains all design rights. You will no longer have any rights to use, display, or claim ownership of the design.

Account Area

Your account dashboard is the primary communication tool between you and our team. It is your responsibility to check your account area regularly for updates, questions, or additional instructions. Failing to check your account area does not qualify for a refund. If you need assistance navigating the dashboard, our support team is always available to help.

Quality Assurance Policy

At Codebrit, we ensure that every design is created to meet your expectations and specifications. Our design process includes thorough research, guaranteeing originality and quality.

Delivery Policy

All design files are delivered via the account dashboard on the date specified in your order confirmation. An email notification will also be sent once your files are ready. The revision and refund policies are subject to the delivery date and time recorded in your account area.

Record Maintenance

Codebrit retains a copy of your finalized design in our records. Should you need the final files again, simply request them, and we will provide the files promptly.

Codebrit is only responsible for correspondence through official company email addresses (ending in @codebrit.com) or via the phone numbers listed on our website. We are not liable for any communications originating from other email domains or phone numbers. Please be cautious and only interact with our team through verified channels.

Reactivation Policy

If a client is unresponsive for more than 45 days, the order will be considered closed, and no refund will be issued. However, if notified in advance, we can hold the project due to personal issues. To reactivate a dormant project after 45 days, a $150 reactivation fee will be applied.
